DELL PowerEdge - popup.exe MSVC71.dll missing

When cleaning up a server the other day (trying to get Hyper-V installed - so far, not successfully), I came across a dumb error on start up of the server. Popup.exe was indicating that "MSVC71.dll" was missing.

Not exactly sure how that happened however...

1) Get a copy of the DLL from any of your systems (even your laptop) running x64
2) Don't bother dropping into c:\windows\system32 - that does not fix the problem
3) Locate the Popup.exe - in my case it was in C:\Program Files (x86)\Dell SAS RAID Storage Manager\MegaPopup
4) Drop the DLL in there (don't bother to register, i.e. Regsrvr32 - not needed)
5) Reboot

Voila - problem solved.
